We just received in our shipment of the Arrow Bruce Lee boxset and we are not happy with the condition of the sets we received. More than half of the copies we received were damaged in some way. Most are dings and corner dents but we don’t want to send them in this condition and spent hours sorting them out. If you have an order and don’t mind a dinged one (we are not sending out the heavily damaged ones) we are offering $12 store credits to switch otherwise we are working on getting this issue resolved ASAP and hope to have them back in stock before the July 24th street date.
This is bad situation with $1000s of damaged inventory so we appreciate your patience while we deal with this. We are well aware that everyone is excited for the set but this was unexpected and unpreceDENTED. We normally have plenty even with the damages that arrive.
Those of you that didn’t order but would like a dinged one at a discount, please hold on and we will have those available shortly once we have taken care of those that preordered.
