This is some dumb shit even for the media book world.  I ordered the Murder Clinic media book, they sent me what appears to be a Delirium media book, but it turns out that Delirium is an old, non-english friendly DVD they just threw in the set and the Murder Clinic is still included on Blu-Ray. Go figureÂ
